Dear Fellow Photographer,
The trustees of GLIP invite you to experience one of the greatest educational
events you could ever hope to attend.
What makes GLIP such a great experience? For one thing, GLIP offers you a wide selection of instructors to choose from. Whether you're a well seasoned photographer who yearns for some new ideas or ways to refine your business, or a new kid to the industry, you'll find a class that will definitely give you a boost.
But that's not all. We make sure that we include some fun for you as well as an education. You're invited to join us at any of the social events that are scheduled (you can kick back and relax, make some new friends, and exchange ideas). The barbecue is great, the late night mixer a blast, and awesome parties. Be sure to bring your roller blades.
Classes are held at Northwestern Michigan College in downtown Traverse City. It is a beautiful campus next to the shoreline of Lake Michigan with many opportunities for creating awesome images. This will be a fun and exciting week for everyone.
All meals, starting with Sunday dinner, and concluding with lunch Friday are included, and are served in the college dining hall.
The camaraderie is one of the things you'll enjoy most. Everyone last year remarked how incredibly welcome the GLIP staff made them feel. "Like family". The open sharing of ideas with others will be a true beneficial highlight for you.
The rooms are clean and very accommodating. Come to GLIP with a friend, we'll make sure you share the same room. (You can have a room to yourself but it's a little extra).
